Burning Instructions:
To enjoy the full beauty of your candle:

On the first burn, let the wax melt evenly across the surface to prevent tunneling and ensure a lasting burn.

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each lighting to maintain a steady, controlled flame.

If the flame grows too large, extinguish, trim the wick, and relight once cooled.

Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, and children.

Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it while hot or lit.

If the jar feels excessively warm, gently extinguish the flame to prevent overheating.

For an even melt pool, burn the candle for at least one hour per inch of diameter—e.g., a 3-inch candle requires a minimum of 3 hours each time.

To simply bask in the aroma without lighting, remove the lid and let the scent softly permeate your space.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:

- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
