Can I create my own gift package?
Most likely, yes:-) Email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know what type of gift package you would like and we will do our very best to create this!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're unsatisfied for any reason, it's easy to return or exchange it.. Reach out to us at Hello@eileensessentials.net to receive an authorization code.
Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
If you purchased your item(s) in-store:
- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:
Debit, credit or gift cards:
- If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us at email@example.com to process your return.
- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping (2-3 days) and is weight and geography dependent. *Covid has cause some delays at this time and we ask you to be patient if your package is delayed a day or two. Orders greater than $50 ship free throughout the US.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are in route within 48 hours. For customized orders, production time usually runs around 5-6 business days (M-F). I generally ship through USPS and it takes 3 days on average for products to arrive. If you need your item sooner please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org before you place your order.
Uh oh, USPS lost my package!
Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. I wish I could help more but I am not able to track them down on my end. I do not issue refunds on lost packages.
