SHIPPING:

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5. Orders greater than $99 ship free throughout the US. 

When will my order ship?

Most orders are in route within 48 hours. We generally ship through USPS or UPS and it takes 2-3 days from carrier on average for products to arrive. If you need your item sooner please email me at hello@eileensessentials.com before you place your order. For customized orders, production time usually runs around 5-6 business days (M-F).

Uh oh, USPS/UPS lost my package!

All packages receive tracking numbers and are usually able to be located. Sometimes the carrier provider has delays, which are out of our control. Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. We wish we could help more but we am not able to track them down on our end. We unfortunately do not issue refunds on lost packages without proof.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Eileen's Essentials Bath, Body & Spa is primarily online but we do partner with boutiques throughout the country. If you would like to see Eileen's Essentials bath, body & spa  products in your local favorite store - please feel free to share our WHOLESALE LINK on our website (and down below) with your them. We offer unique pricing, customization and free shipping the first year for stores that carry our products!

 CUSTOMIZATION:

Can I create my own gift package or party favors?

Most likely, yes:-) Email us directly at hello@eileensessentials.com and let us know what type of gift package/ favors you would like and we will do our very best to create a unique product just for you! 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're unsatisfied for any reason, it's easy to return or exchange it. Take a picture of your product(s), explain where we missed the mark and reach out to us at Hello@eileensessentials.com to receive an authorization code.

 Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date you received your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

If you purchased your item(s) in a store:

  • You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
  • Contact Customer Service at the store for a return authorization.

If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:

Debit, credit or gift cards:

  • If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us at hello@eileensessentials.com to track your order or process your return.
  • If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days with the product and receipt. 
  • If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
