Burning Instructions:
To enjoy your candle’s full beauty:

For the initial burn, allow the wax to melt completely across the surface to prevent tunneling and ensure an even, radiant glow.

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every lighting for a steady, safe flame.

If the flame grows too large, gently extinguish, trim the wick, and relight after cooling.

Burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, and children.

Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it while lit or hot.

If the jar becomes excessively warm, carefully extinguish the flame.

For an even melt pool, burn for at least one hour per inch of diameter (for example, burn a 3-inch candle for at least 3 hours).

To enjoy the scent without flame, simply remove the lid and let the fragrance softly fill your space.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:
Debit, credit or gift cards:
- If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us at hello@eileensessentials.net to process your return.
- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
