Burning Instructions:
For optimal performance, when lighting your candle for the first time, allow it to burn until the liquid wax covers the entire surface. This initial burn establishes an even wax pool for future use, ensuring a clean and efficient burn. Always remember to never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep wicks trimmed to a quarter inch. If you notice a large flame while burning, extinguish the candle and trim the wick before relighting. Place the burning candle on a heat-resistant surface, and avoid moving it while hot or lit. Keep it out of drafts and out of reach of children. Burn long enough to create a melt pool visible around the entire surface each time, or simply remove the lid and enjoy the aroma.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:

- If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us at hello@eileensessentials.net to process your return.
- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
