Burning Instructions:
For a flawless burn, allow your candle to melt evenly across the surface on the first lighting. This essential “memory burn” ensures a steady, clean flame throughout the candle’s life. Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to maintain a gentle glow. If the flame becomes too large, extinguish the candle, trim the wick, and then relight. Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it while hot. Burn long enough each time to create a melt pool that reaches the edges, or simply lift the lid to enjoy the exquisite fragrance without flame.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're unsatisfied for any reason, it's easy to return or exchange it.. Reach out to us at Hello@eileensessentials.com to receive an authorization code.
Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:
Debit, credit or gift cards:
- If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us at hello@eileensessentials.net to process your return.
- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
