Candle Burning Instructions
To enjoy a clean, even burn for the life of your candle:

Allow the candle to burn long enough for the entire top surface to fully melt on the first use.

Keep wicks trimmed to ¼ inch. If the flame becomes too large, extinguish the candle, trim the wick, and relight.

Always place burning candles on heat-resistant surfaces.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Never move a candle while lit or while the wax is hot.

If the jar becomes too hot, extinguish immediately.

Avoid drafts and keep away from children.

To prevent tunneling, burn for at least one hour per inch of candle diameter to create a full melt pool.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:
Debit, credit or gift cards:
- If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us at hello@eileensessentials.net to process your return.
- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
