Burning Instructions:
For the best experience, allow your candle to burn long enough during the first lighting to melt the wax evenly across the surface—this essential “memory burn” ensures a clean, consistent flame throughout the candle’s life. Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting to maintain a gentle glow. If the flame grows too large, extinguish, trim, and relight. Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it while hot. Burn long enough to create a full melt pool around the edges each time, or simply enjoy the exquisite scent by removing the lid.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:
Debit, credit or gift cards:
- If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us at hello@eileensessentials.net to process your return.
- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
