For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface to create a smooth, even burn.

Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting.

If the flame becomes too large, extinguish, trim the wick, and relight.

Burn only on a heat-resistant surface and never leave unattended.

Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.

For best results, allow a full melt pool each time you burn.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:

- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
