Burning Instructions:
To ensure a perfect, long-lasting burn:

For the first lighting, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface. This “breaking-in” step helps prevent tunneling and ensures a smooth, even flame throughout the candle’s life.

Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting to maintain a gentle, steady glow.

If the flame grows too large, extinguish the candle, trim the wick, then relight once cooled.

Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, pets, and children.

Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it while hot or lit.

If the jar becomes too warm, gently extinguish the flame.

To avoid uneven burning, burn the candle for at least one hour per inch of diameter (for example, a 3-inch candle should burn for a minimum of 3 hours each time).

We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're unsatisfied for any reason, it's easy to return or exchange it.. Reach out to us at Hello@eileensessentials.com to receive an authorization code.
Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
If you purchased your item(s) in-store:
- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:
Debit, credit or gift cards:
- If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us at hello@eileensessentials.net to process your return.
- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
