Burning Instructions:
For the most beautiful burn and lasting experience:

On your first lighting, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface. This crucial “breaking-in” step prevents tunneling and ensures a smooth, even flame throughout the life of the candle.

Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting to maintain a soft, steady glow.

If the flame becomes too large, extinguish the candle, trim the wick, then relight once cooled.

Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, and children.

Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it while hot or lit.

If the jar becomes excessively warm, gently extinguish the flame.

To avoid uneven burning, burn the candle for at least one hour per inch of diameter (for example, a 3-inch candle should burn for a minimum of 3 hours each time).

For a flameless experience, simply remove the lid and let the delicate scent naturally infuse your space.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
If you purchased your item(s) in-store:
- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:

- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
