How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (3-5 days) is a flat rate of $5.00. Orders greater than $99 ship free throughout the US. 

When will my order ship?

Most orders are in route within 48 hours. For customized orders, production time usually runs around 5-6 business days (M-F). We generally ship through USPS and it takes 3 days on average for products to arrive. 

Uh oh, USPS lost my package!

Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. I wish I could help more but I am not able to track them down on my end. I do not issue refunds on lost packages.
