Burning Instructions:
To ensure your candle’s best performance:

On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface to avoid tunneling and promote an even burn throughout its life.

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each lighting to maintain a safe, consistent flame.

If the flame grows too large, extinguish, trim the wick, and relight once cooled.

Always place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, and children.

Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it while hot or lit.

If the jar becomes excessively warm, gently extinguish the flame.

For a smooth melt pool, burn for at least one hour per inch of diameter—for example, a 3-inch candle should burn for at least 3 hours each time.

To enjoy the fragrance without lighting, simply remove the lid and allow the scent to softly infuse your space.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
If you purchased your item(s) in-store:
- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:
Debit, credit or gift cards:
- If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us at hello@eileensessentials.net to process your return.
- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
