Candle Burning Instructions
To ensure the best performance and longest life of your candle:

During the first burn, allow the entire top layer of wax to melt to the edges.

Always trim the wick to ¼ inch.

If the flame grows too large, extinguish, trim, and relight.

Burn on a heat-resistant surface.

Never move a candle while hot or burning.

Extinguish if the jar becomes excessively hot.

Avoid drafts and keep out of reach of children.

Prevent tunneling by burning one hour per inch of candle diameter each time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
If you purchased your item(s) in-store:
- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:
Debit, credit or gift cards:
- If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us at hello@eileensessentials.net to process your return.
- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
