Burning Instructions:
For best results, during your first lighting, allow the candle to burn until the liquid wax covers the entire surface. This initial burn ensures an even and efficient performance throughout its life. Always remember to never leave a burning candle unattended. Maintain wicks at a quarter inch, and if the flame grows too large, extinguish the candle and trim the wick before relighting. Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, and avoid moving it while it’s hot or burning. Keep it away from drafts and out of reach of children. Ensure each burn allows for a melt pool visible around the entire surface, or simply enjoy the scent by removing the lid.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:

- If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us at hello@eileensessentials.net to process your return.
- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund on your credit or debit card to post.
