- Due to the natural differences in jade, each jade roller and scraper is unique in pattern and color. Please understand that this is normal and will not affect the use.
- Natural jade is fragile, so please be careful when using jade roller and guasha massager to avoid dropping them.
- We recommend that you clean the jade face roller and gua sha tool with warm salt water or a soft damp cloth after each use, dry it and store it out of reach of children.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
We can not accept personalized items. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

- You can return your item(s) in-store with a receipt within 14 days.
- Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.
- Without a receipt, you can still exchange your item(s).
If you purchased your item(s) in-store to be shipped to your home and paid with:

- If you have received your order, you can return it in-store within 14 days along with the product and receipt.
- If there's no receipt or 14 days have passed, the product can be exchanged in-store.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
